Call 0409 388 158It is priced by the metre of ridge and hip capping, so the shape of your roof matters more than its footprint. A straight gable roof is the cheapest case, a complex hipped roof with multiple ridges is the dearest. We measure it on site and quote fixed.
Pointing is the visible mortar along the edge of the ridge caps. Bedding is the mortar bed underneath that the caps actually sit on. If only the pointing has cracked, you repoint. If the caps have gone loose, the bedding has failed and pointing over it will not hold.
